Our Approach

Our approach is simple - If we believe that the contractor will perform, we issue the bond. It is that straightforward.

In truth, the way we do it, it is more art than science. We don't have a fancy formula or "underwriting criteria".

We don't offer fixed "bond facilities" that take no account of the unpredictability of the industry. What we offer is the willingness to listen and be convinced.

Over 25 years this approach has stood the test of time. It may not be modern, high tech or even very sophisticated, but it works for us.
